Git Commit fails on Windows Powershell

Hey! I tried checking it in my local --

The problem is in npm-app/src/terminal/background.ts . It's splitting up the git command when it shouldn't be:

// This breaks HEREDOC:
spawn('bash', [...shellArgs, command], options)

// Should be:
spawn('bash', [shellArgs[0], command], options)

Basically the command gets chopped up into pieces, so the shell can't understand the HEREDOC syntax
properly.

I tested it. need team feedback on this.
