[bug]: bootstarp-table is an old version (1.21.0 dated August 2022), could this be updated

Issue Description

I'm encountering some bugs that are already fixed in bootstrap-table and I also need "searchable" support which is in 1.21.4.

Could this be updated, preferably to the latest version?

Hey @Stevehans we have updated 1.21.0 to Freepbx 17.

Will check the changelog between 1.21.0 to 1.21.4 to see if its easy / without risk to update this lib.
