[Bug]: 🐛 Can't move split panel from left to right

👟 Reproduction steps

Can't move the split panel from left to right after I move the split panel closer to the window frame on the left side. [OS : Mac]

👍 Expected behavior

It could work both left or right.

• Suggestion : don't able it to move closer in to window border

👎 Actual Behavior

Can't drag it back until I'm close and open again
