Subject: [PATCH] docs: list the eight added demo walkthroughs in the frontend
 conventions

#438 added eight guided demo tasks in demo/ui/additionalTours.ts, with seed
data in demo/seed/missionFixtures.ts and run simulation in
demo/run/missionScenarios.ts, covered by e2e-demo/additional-tours.spec.ts.
The frontend conventions still described only the file and diagnose tours and
named guided-tour.spec.ts as the only coverage, so the section was incomplete
for anyone looking up how the demo walkthroughs are wired.
