fix(migrate): list no unconfirmed user an undo deleted - #610
Undoing an interrupted import deletes the user whose create had no answer: undo finds it by the run's marker. Afterwards, clerk migrate runs <id> for the import still listed that user under "Not confirmed (Clerk may have created them; a continue checks)". The user was gone, and no continue could run after the undo.
Changes
runs <id> reads the deleted lines of every undo of the run, and leaves the users they deleted out of "Not confirmed" and out of unconfirmed in --json.
After a partial undo, a user it didn't delete stays listed. Once the run is undone in full, none is listed or counted as not confirmed: undo looked each one up by the run's marker.
runs <id> and the listing count a user an undo deleted as created, not as not confirmed, and the error breakdown leaves it out.
Counts follow the lists: the users an undo deleted leave the left-to-attach count too.
Testing
New runs.test.ts case: an undone import with two creating users, one of which the undo deleted. Only the other is listed, in human output and --json. Checked that it fails without the fix.
bun test src/ --parallel in packages/cli-core: 6599 pass. Typecheck, oxfmt, and oxlint are clean.
Migration run counts and output now account for users marked deleted by an undo. Deleted users are excluded from unconfirmed, warning, and attachment lists, and from the applicable error breakdown. Run-list and single-run views use adjusted counts. Tests cover partial and completed undos. The README and changeset describe the updated behavior.
clerk/cli#515: Adds run and undo records used to identify deleted users.
clerk/cli#604: Adds undo-aware run reporting that this change extends to account for deleted users.
clerk/cli#606: Reports unanswered creates as unconfirmed, which this change handles differently after undo deletes them.

Merge Risk: Moderate · up to e69b7
After a full undo, clerk migrate runs no longer warns about users created before run markers existed, even though undo leaves those users in Clerk. Run listings also slow down quadratically as run history grows. Resolve the hidden-warning behavior before merging. The listing cost is a lower-priority follow-up.

Once the undo finished, runs , its --json and the runs listing show 5 created and no not-confirmed user or count. The marker-found alice counts as created. Before, they showed 4 created, 2 left to attach, 2 not confirmed. The output is identical to 187eaac's.
Undo deletes a user whose create was cut off when it finds it by the
run's marker, and writes the delete to its own run. `runs <id>` read
only the import's lines, so it kept listing that user under "Not
confirmed (Clerk may have created them; a continue checks)" after the
undo. It now leaves out any user an undo of the run deleted, in the
human output and in `unconfirmed` in --json. A user no undo deleted
stays listed, since Clerk may still hold it.
Fixes AIE-2014

`runs <id>` stopped listing a deleted user under "Not confirmed", but
its Result line, `run.counts` in --json, the `runs` listing and the
error breakdown still counted it. Undo found the user by the run's
marker, so the import did create it: those now count it as created,
and the error breakdown leaves out its "a re-run checks" error.

After a partial undo, runs <id> leaves the users the undo deleted out of
the warnings, importedWithout and leftToAttach, and out of the
left-to-attach count. Once the run is undone in full, it lists no user
as not confirmed and counts none: undo looked each one up by the run's
marker. A run with an undo shows "the undo checks", since no continue is
offered then.

Index undo runs before building the listing.
When the runs directory contains many records, all.map(shownRun) searches all for matching undo runs twice per record. A directory with 10,000 records therefore adds at least 100 million record checks, even when it has no undo runs. Group undo runs by undoes once, then pass each run only its matching undo records. The comment now says no user with the marker is left, since findInFlight
skips users without it. The README splits the counts sentence and both docs
get the Oxford comma.

Keep unresolved legacy creates visible.
If an older import created a user before run markers existed, undo leaves that user untouched. A full undo then removes the creating line from the run view, so the operator loses the warning that the user may still exist in Clerk. Preserve a separate unresolved warning for this case.

@coderabbitai Declining the outside-diff comment on runs.ts:305. A run recorded before the marker comes from an earlier build of the experimental command, and Michael asked for a full undo to clear the unconfirmed list (see the runs.ts thread). No separate warning for that case.
