💡 Observations

• Heavy hitter: Daily Syntax Error Quality Check consumed 14.0% of all tokens in a single run (6.1M). No single workflow exceeded the 30% threshold today.
• High avg/run: Many single-run analysis workflows (NLP Analysis, jsweep, Package Extractor) each consumed >1.4M tokens/run — candidates for prompt compression.
• High error rate: Visual Regression Checker had 5 errors across 6 runs (83% error rate). Smoke CI had 4 errors across 21 runs. Several daily workflows (Sentrux, Issues Report, Daily News, Remote MCP Auth) failed 100% of their runs today.
• Token-free runs: 5 workflows reported 0 tokens — these likely failed before token-consuming steps.
• Trend: Today's total of 43.3M tokens is -37.9% vs the 7-day rolling average, suggesting reduced workflow activity on this day.
