fix(devtools): exclude dist from typecheck, bump layer to 5.2.4 (#302)

* fix(devtools): exclude dist from typecheck, bump layer to 5.2.4

- tsconfig: exclude `dist` so the client:build copy isn't typechecked in
  the module-root context (which lacks the layer's auto-imports and pulled
  the layer's raw host.ts into vue-tsc). Matches the seo-utils reference.
- bump nuxtseo-layer-devtools + nuxtseo-shared to ^5.2.4 (host.ts generics fix).

* chore(devtools): bump layer to ^5.2.5
