I just signed up for Github Enterprise because I need more actions minutes and it has been hung on getting me setup now for over two hours. This is a MAJOR ISSUE because I can't close my PRs because they haven't been properly run in my pipeline and I'm on a deadline for a project. PLEASE FIX THIS
