I did a mistake, I put a wrong email, so I created the email account after the registration. So I don't receive the confirmation email. Please clear my email from your suppression list so I can verify my account and publish my scoped packages.

I think this usually happens because the verification email bounced when the email address did not exist yet. Once an email bounces, it may get added automatically to the suppression list, so new emails are blocked even after creating the address later.

You already did the correct thing by opening a support ticket. They will probably need to manually remove your email from the suppression/suppressed list and resend the verification email.

Also make sure to:

• check spam/junk folder
• try resending the verification email after support responds
• verify that the email is written correctly in your account settings

Unfortunately, community members can't help with this directly — suppression list removal requires action from the GitHub/npm support team since it's tied to their email delivery system (they use SendGrid or similar).

This is an npm-specific issue, not something GitHub can help with directly.
You need to contact npm support directly:

In your message, mention:

Your npm username
The email address you used
Your Ticket ID: 4375246

They can remove your email from the suppression list manually. GitHub support cannot access npm account data.
