Hey Taanviir, sorry you're dealing with this! Billing stuff is super frustrating. Just a heads up, even if the system cancelled it immediately, refunds usually take 5-10 business days to actually hit your bank account. GitHub support queues also get pretty backed up. Definitely don't open a new ticket (it'll just push you to the back of the line). Instead, just reply to the automated email you got to "bump" your existing ticket. Hope they sort it out for you soon! |

I was subscribed to Copilot Pro+ and got charged for renewing. I didn't aim to use it so I clicked on "cancel and refund". Now, the subscription "cancelled" but the amount has not been refunded nor have I received an email for refunding. Now I am 40$ down and don't even get the Pro+ usage.
I did try contacting support by opening a ticket but no response at all for a week now and Copilot Support is not helpful. All I got was an automated email that it will take time for someone to review my Ticket.
