I hereby grant GitHub and Microsoft Corporation full permission to utilize all data generated from my personal account for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, and improving artificial intelligence models. The scope of this data includes all source code stored in my public repositories, static code in my private repositories, and the entirety of my real-time interaction history with AI tools—such as prompts, accepted or modified code suggestions, and IDE code context. However, this consent is strictly conditional upon one prerequisite: GitHub must provide my account with full access to the premium GitHub Copilot subscription completely free of charge, with absolutely zero limits on prompts, zero restrictions on inline code suggestions, and no expiration date. This mutual agreement operates on a value-for-value basis: I contribute my proprietary intellectual property and data resources to fuel your AI development; in return, GitHub provides a fully unlocked AI programming assistant without any subscription or maintenance fees. Any future action by GitHub that restricts my free, unlimited access to Copilot will immediately void this consent and terminate your rights to utilize my data.
