Hi everyone,

Problem Description

Hi, Everyone.

I submitted a Student application for GitHub Education Benefits / Student Pack today (May 14, 2026).

The application was Rejected. However, there are no specific issues or error details listed below the message (as shown in the screenshot below).

I have attached the full screenshot of the rejection page for reference.

Could you please help me understand:

1. What might be causing this rejection?
2. What additional documents or information should I provide to successfully verify my academic status?
3. Is this a known issue or bug with the verification system?
4. Could this rejection be related to my GitHub account being newly created? If yes, how long do I need to wait before I can submit a new application?
