CLI create requires --content/--stdin and --apply to write files; preview-only create returns exit 2. Prompt for content and pass both flags. Recommend CLI 0.10.0 and 54 MCP tools in the README. Signed-off-by: Sebastien Tardif <sebtardif@ncf.ca>
