sys.hash_info.cutoff is missing in documentation

Both print(sys.hash_info) and help(sys.hash_info) show it.

This is true. Although note that 985ecdc added algorithm, hash_bits, seed_bits and cutoff, but only documented the first three, so plausibly intentional?

cutoff is now documented: https://docs.python.org/3/library/sys.html#sys.hash_info.cutoff; added as part of gh-141004 (specific PR: GH-141233) and backported to 3.13 and 3.14
