The pipeline from the Commons to Warper

It should be ready by the time of a tagathon in British Library in the beginning of October.
Required steps are:

• Have a functioning and beautiful map template / André (template, templateData), Jeph (html, css, Lua)
• Have the map template added to maps by a bot WHO WILL CREATE AND APPROVE THE BOT?
• Have the OAuth pipeline ready (Tim/OK)
• See if there are performance issues in the Warper: speed, storage
