[ARCHITECTURE] Build a less trivial microfrontend

Description

This article on Medium A Deep Dive into Micro Frontend Architecture with React.js shows how to build a microfrontend with React and Webpack and it really works. It was easy to stand up the basic app.

Now I want to try building a slightly more involved app:

• 2-3 dynamic imports
• Live alongside the other packages, probably as a /tractor-sales-app with sub-directories for the micro frontends
• Ideally use Vite instead of Webpack
