Description

Settings screen with server management, QR pairing, and connection testing.

Acceptance Criteria

• SettingsView.swift — server list with add/delete, QR scanner button, test connection, about section
• AddServerView.swift — manual entry form (name, host, port, token)
• QR scanner integration (launch QRScannerView, parse result, add connection)
• Test connection button with success/failure feedback
• Server deletion with confirmation
• About section (app version, links)

• Requires: Implement QR scanner #81 (QR scanner), Implement iOS state management (AppState + ManifestStore) #82 (AppState)
