Pager broken in Internet Explorer (8 or less)

I just noticed that with some old versions of Internet Explorer (8 or less) the pager doesn't work. And worse : using it clears the session (order and filter are lost).

That's why the session is remove (in Grid.php, function processPersistence).

The fix proposed in this article works but seems realy dirty. Is there a better way ? Can we do without referer ?

I don't know, maybe change the way how the enter page works.
