T3 resolution failed for request run 39412957941. Needs local resolution (see fork/README.md).

    Fork sync preparation failed

    Request run: 39412957941

The request was successfully claimed. The trusted prepare-sync.sh exited 129 before starting the sync because the installed Git does not support the --refetch option used by the helper:

    error: unknown option `refetch'
    usage: git fetch [<options>] [<repository> [<refspec>...]]

The procedure requires the failure path for preparation exits other than 0 or 2. No repository files or resolver tooling were modified, no conflict resolution was attempted, and no candidate was published. The checkout is left in place for inspection. Update the resolver environment to a Git version supporting git fetch --refetch before retrying.

T3 resolution failed for request run 39413678933. Needs local resolution (see fork/README.md).

Publication refused because this request is stale

    publish-candidate.sh 39413678933 /root/Local/Agents/Work/t3code-fork-resolver/logs/39413678933-summary.md exited 1 before pushing or commenting:

Fork main changed; request is stale.

The request pins fork main be6f96f1c53ddb0be0faf881fe4c126b5dc2c776. A read-only git ls-remote origin refs/heads/main now reports 2306244793480164f42692057d7a504fc8a9004d. I did not update the request metadata, push any branch, or try to bypass the helper's freshness check.

The local resolution is retained on resolve/39413678933 at c424d604091ff37472ddb5f813a3a5f8b416b539. The checkout is clean, no merge/revert remains, and both original pinned SHAs are ancestors. Four commits retire the duplicate upstreamed storage-recovery patch, resolve the merge, and adapt fork provider behavior to upstream metadata/tracing APIs.

Validation passed for server/web/mobile/shared/provider-core/provider-cursor typechecks; 225 Codex tests, 386 Claude tests, 201 orchestration tests, 79 MCP/provider-session tests, 188 focused logic tests, 125 browser tests, and 11 relevant replay cases. Formatting passes and targeted lint has only inherited warnings.

The detailed summary and logs remain at /root/Local/Agents/Work/t3code-fork-resolver/logs/39413678933-*. The summary also records an unchanged upstream authentication-message replay assertion failure, eight identical upstream whitespace diagnostics, and a Claude timeout reproduced on pinned upstream before the final resolved suite passed. Those diagnostics would have required human review even if publication had remained fresh.

No candidate was published and no promotion was dispatched. A fresh request must resolve against the current fork main; this request's local commits and evidence are available for inspection.

Resolved fork sync request 39416881817 against pinned upstream d36b7da2485bc889b320a285deea181f637d760a, starting from fork main 2306244793480164f42692057d7a504fc8a9004d.

    Candidate: 31a237259453ace5c6b6a64d8f71a2347d830d58.

    Resolution

Upstream includes PR pingdotgg#19646 as 801dbf6b84e8f44ef9f94e943ee049aa9f50d8f1. Aborted the initial merge, reverted the equivalent fork commit 1ce67d2767c67b5d12845e75de3b1233a7c2f041, removed its change-list entry, and restarted the pinned sync. The revert retains Git's identifying revert line. Fork history was not rewritten.

Resolved the remaining 37 conflicted files as follows:

    • Mobile environment maintenance and its tests, server CLI update, and shared CLI release helpers: retain upstream's public Atom/JSON release lookup and authenticated API fallback, selecting the fork repository for fork versions. Add a version-aware releases-page helper and adapt the existing fork feed regression.
    • Orchestrator MCP service, service tests, and tool descriptions: preserve upstream tracing, approval handling, and model-option guidance alongside the fork's bounded delegation waits, time zones, and transport-retry guidance.
    • Claude adapter and tests: combine upstream permission/skill discovery, richer usage-limit errors, native wake detection and timeout, and tracing with fork prompt suggestions, retained reset times, cold compaction, compaction fork boundaries, settled wake buffers, and tool-boundary agent updates. Use upstream's new usage-limit representation and skill APIs. Remove a duplicate test-harness option introduced by the merge.
    • Codex adapter: retain upstream tracing and native error-info representation alongside fork prediction ownership, delayed-start ownership, and capacity retries. Focused tests exposed that capacity retry classification still read the old error-code input; the follow-up commit derives it from upstream's failureErrorInfo instead.
    • Effect worker: retain upstream tracing and the fork's lease-based worker release, including drain's requirement to wait for actual settlement.
    • Orchestrator: preserve upstream traced service functions and the fork's tool-boundary queue claims and delegated-question cancellation/ownership checks.
    • Projection store: apply compaction-fork evidence hydration in the traced function's result transformation, using the passed source-thread set.
    • Run execution service: take upstream's storage-failure recovery implementation and tracing, then reapply the fork's last-provider-activity input used for cold compaction.
    • Thread management: retain upstream tracing and follow the run that claimed a queued message, including terminal-event wakeups.
    • Provider-switch integration tests: cover both deferred and direct handoffs across all three upstream refusal types.
    • Eight Muse replay transcripts (multi_turn, muse_permission, muse_subagent_approval, muse_subagent_interrupt, muse_workflow, simple, subagent_v2, turn_interrupt): retain upstream recordings and apply only the fork's absolute-file-link guidance to their runtime prompts.
    • Codex provider and tests: keep upstream discovery deadlines and configuration reads while retaining unsupported-usage suppression. Adapt the fake CLI to answer config/read, use the authenticated ChatGPT fixture for usage-budget tests, and remove a duplicate decoder.
    • Scheduled task service: keep upstream traced upsert and preserve IANA-zone validation and existing zones when older clients omit them.
    • Chat Markdown and permission browser tests: keep upstream resolved host paths, editor targets, and asynchronous copy behavior, with the fork's permission-gated downloads using the resolved absolute path. Preserve both regression sets.
    • Composer editor, context meter, timeline browser tests, and version-skew tests: combine required imports and tests; retain the shared cold-cache threshold while using upstream's current token-threshold logic.
    • Composer documentation: retain both compaction-fork guidance and upstream idle-compaction guidance.
    • MCP provider sessions: combine upstream HTML-render tracking with fork credentials keyed by thread and provider instance, including selective credential cleanup.
    • Provider failure formatting: retain upstream curated errors while keeping removal of the obsolete handoff-budget error case.
    • Cursor adapter: keep upstream's precomputed platform-aware options and read the MCP credential for the current provider instance there.

Applied the required formatter after merging. No resolver tooling or .github/ files were manually edited; their incoming upstream changes remain part of the merge.

    Validation

    • corepack pnpm install --frozen-lockfile: passed.
    • Package typechecks for server (t3), web, mobile, provider-core, provider-cursor, and shared: passed. Existing Effect suggestion diagnostics remain non-failing.
    • Initial focused unit batch: 112 tests passed across seven files; its Codex provider compile failure was fixed and the provider tests rerun successfully.
    • Additional focused batch: the other eight files passed, covering handoff budgets, provider starts and sessions, schedule zones, orchestration control reads, version skew, and context-meter behavior. Codex provider failures in that batch were corrected through the fixture adaptations described above.
    • Final Codex provider and HTML-render unit batch: provider tests passed; the four browser-dependent HTML-render cases were initially skipped without a configured executable and subsequently exercised separately with the installed headless shell.
    • Core batch: effect worker, projection store, run execution, thread management, and provider-switch suites passed. Its seven Codex overload failures were fixed by the error-info adaptation; the final full Codex adapter run passed 209 tests, including all seven overload cases.
    • Final standalone Claude adapter suite: 385 tests passed, also confirmed by a second verbose run. The unchanged foreground-subagent "never answers" case had timed out or exhausted its yield-based wait in earlier combined runs; the isolated focused case and full standalone suite passed without changing its assertions or timing.
    • Delegated question dispatch and runtime-layer suites: 104 tests passed.
    • Affected Muse replay scenarios: 8 passed (the name filter intentionally excludes unrelated scenarios).
    • Chat Markdown permission and message timeline browser suites: 90 tests passed, zero skipped; JSON report confirms both suites passed.
    • corepack pnpm exec vp fmt --check: passed for all matched files.
    • git diff --check for the candidate's changes relative to upstream, and for the follow-up staged changes: passed.
    • Required git diff --check 2306244793480164f42692057d7a504fc8a9004d HEAD: failed on eight upstream whitespace lines: apps/server/schema/expo.graphql:9328,9339, patches/expo-modules-core@58.0.22.patch:16,41, and patches/expo-sharing@58.0.19.patch:146,150,155,175. The same check against the pinned upstream commit produces the identical findings; these files are unchanged from upstream. Left them intact rather than changing generated schema or patch context unrelated to resolution.
    • LF line endings verified for all follow-up files. Checkout clean, no unresolved index entries, no merge/revert state, and HEAD contains both pinned main and upstream SHAs.

    Review and promotion

Inspect the Codex error-info compatibility fix, the combined Claude wake/reset behavior, per-instance MCP credentials alongside HTML-page tracking, and fork release selection in the new mobile feed flow. CI should confirm the merged providers and package boundaries.

Leaving this candidate for human review, without invoking automatic settlement: the required base-to-HEAD whitespace check remains non-passing on unchanged upstream content, and the earlier load-sensitive Claude test result is recorded above. Decide whether to accept those inherited whitespace findings. No tests or diagnostics were weakened.

Work performed in T3 Code through the Codex harness, GPT-6.1 Sol at high effort. Full local logs are under /root/Local/Agents/Work/t3code-fork-resolver/logs/39416881817-*.

Resolved fork sync request 39416881817, based on fork main 2306244793480164f42692057d7a504fc8a9004d and upstream nightly d36b7da2485bc889b320a285deea181f637d760a.

    Revised candidate: b41aa9da9bbfa2f8d6dab0703b862d14ca5efe6d.

The original merge and its 37 conflict resolutions are recorded in the resolver summary. This revision preserves that merge and adds three focused follow-up commits:

    • Adopt named Effect.fn generators for nine retained fork functions. This fixes all nine Quality errors from run 39419249681 without changing their operations or recovery policy.
    • Combine upstream assistant-error quota metadata with the fork's retained windows. Fresh metadata completes or replaces inherited deadlines; current-turn rejection events take precedence. Failed explicit compactions retain a still-blocking window, successful compactions clear it, and expired inherited windows do not hide a later valid reset.
    • Preserve pending HTML references when another provider attaches, changes, or leaves. Final-session removal, thread clearing, and replacement of the sole provider still clear stale references. The existing HTML publication regression now verifies preservation and consumption before publishing identical input again. This also addresses the Codex finding on PR Upstream sync needs review #16.

    Validation of the revised code

    • Scoped lint: zero errors; only inherited unused-layer warnings.
    • Server and provider-core typechecks: passed. Existing non-failing Effect suggestions remain.
    • Full Claude adapter suite: 392 passed.
    • Codex adapter, continuation, and prompt-suggestion suites after the tracing change: 236 passed.
    • MCP provider-session and session-registry suites: 16 passed.
    • Antigravity HTML-render integration: 1 passed, eight unrelated cases filtered out.
    • Existing HTML publication regression: 1 passed, eleven unrelated cases filtered out. No real browser session was used.
    • Regression evidence before fixes: two assistant-reset cases and three provider-lifecycle cases failed; failed compaction initially completed instead of failing; mixed expired/future compaction initially returned no reset. All now pass.
    • Formatting, follow-up git diff --check, and LF checks: passed.
    • Independent source review by GPT-6.1 Sol at xhigh effort: tracing adaptation and the final quota/provider lifecycle fixes reviewed; all actionable findings addressed.

    Inherited diagnostics and release boundary

The base-to-candidate whitespace check still reports the same eight lines as the pinned upstream commit: two in apps/server/schema/expo.graphql, two in the expo-modules-core patch, and four in the expo-sharing patch. A direct comparison of the two diagnostic outputs is identical, and all three files match upstream exactly. These unchanged generated/schema and patch-context lines are accepted as inherited diagnostics; no check was weakened and no unrelated whitespace was changed.

The earlier load-sensitive Claude foreground-subagent test reported in the original resolver summary passes in the final standalone suite without changing assertions or timeouts. CI and a fresh Codex review must pass on this exact revised candidate before promotion. This summary establishes local verification, not publication to main, a release, installation, or live exhausted-account recovery.

Work performed through T3 Code and the Codex harness: GPT-6.1 Sol at high effort; independent GPT-6.1 Sol reviews at xhigh effort. Logs remain under /root/Local/Agents/Work/cliproxy-retry-20261020 inside the T3 container and the resolver's existing logs directory.
