Fully document the Pregel interface and refactor it a bit with regards to field names and argument orders. Bring the two Pregel algorithms and smoke tests up to date with the changes thus made.

New smoke tests require a new suppression to be added, herewith done. Why the warning source was invalid was already noted in blas1.hpp, and is now also recorded in docs/Suppressions.md
