fix(demo): parity demo follows in-place trash and moves with history

Brings scripts/demo-trellis.sh up to date with #16 and graduation, and records the end-to-end check for step 1 (custom homes).

Fixes

• Step 9: trashing from project settings no longer asks for confirmation (feat(trellis): trash projects in place with Undo #16), so the demo waits for the in-place "In the Trellis trash · Undo" instead of a dialog. A grouped checkout's removal still confirms and is still handled.
• Step 10b: threads with history can move since graduation (M6), so the check now verifies that the step-3 thread's "Move to project" menu offers Trellis projects, instead of the old M1 refusal.
• Note 11: no longer says threads with history cannot move.

Run

22 passed, 0 failed, against /trellis/dev-t3 on Trellis origin/main 0bed1e8, from this branch on dev_v2, with the dev root on the shared dev agent homes (~/.local/share/trellis-dev-homes):

• Claude and Codex threads ran inside workspaces: Claude for the idea turn, checkpoint, revert and recall; Codex for README turns resumed after a T3 restart.
• Their sessions landed in trellis-dev-homes/claude/projects/-trellis-dev-t3-… and trellis-dev-homes/codex/sessions/. None appeared in ~/.claude or ~/.codex.

Evidence is in /tmp/stagec-e2e/20261002-192856/. Before the run I purged the dev root's stale click trash items from earlier aborted runs.
