feat(autotune): menu to add/edit presets

Selection windows now shows the list of presets (unavailable in grey) with an "Add/Edit preset" button

In the example below, a new preset is created ("New" button)

Here it is modified ("Edit" button)

The newly created preset is available in the list

The presets are then automatically saved in a presets.yaml file that can be shared with other users. In the example above, this preset was created:
