   I think this is a case of mis-configuration given how configs currently work.
   when doing aztec start --help, l1 consensus url config is included as --archiver.l1ConsensusUrl & --sequencer.l1ConsensusUrl.
   this is intended behaviour, for top-level node options it needs to be added explicitly (as is done in the diff in the description) & also added to universalOptions so it only appears once in the node options
