Full AVM unit tests dedicated github workflow #6643

Description

@jeanmon

In order to keep the AVM unit tests within acceptable running time, two measures/relaxations were introduced:

  1. Most of unit tests have proving disabled. (circuit checking runs instead)
  2. Range checks and binary operation lookups are simplified by reducing the hardcoded lookup tables to only values which are read by the execution.

Goal of this task is to introduce:

  1. a specific Github workflow which is run once per day and can be manually triggered.
  2. this Github workflow runs all AVM unit tests with full proving and full lookup (remove the relaxations above)
  3. Notifications to AVM team when the action is not successful (cron job one)
