Trace sorting: Construct sorted execution trace #867

The pattern for constructing a sorted execution trace is already in place. This work will entail actually adding the gates to their individual blocks which will automatically result in a sorted execution trace. There are some unknowns here, e.g. certain gate types may rely on interleaved gates of a different type. This work may or may not resolve all of those issues. It will not involve actually taking advantage of the sorting in sumcheck.
