[docs] Add a tldr to the top of the Keys page

To make it clear exactly what each set of keys is for (on this page).

E.g. We have a dedicated signing key, a nullifier key (to spend your notes), an incoming viewing key (to view any notes or logs that were sent to you), an outgoing viewing key (to view any logs or notes you sent to another entity) etc.
