When a licence is not activated stop trying to reconnect and showing popup

Describe the bug
When monitoring a tree and the licence gets deactivated for some reason, we get a popup telling that there is no licence active. However on every re-connect this popup comes back, even tough a popup is already present. This causes a lot of popups to be stacked on top of each other that you have to close

To Reproduce

• Connect to a tree with a valid licence
• Deactivate the licence
• re-start the tree a couple of times and see the popup's stack

Expected behavior
Only one popup to be shown

fixed in version 1.7.1
