- Digital Privacy & Digital Human Rights related (in particular, digital freedom of speech, right to assemble, and right to transaction).

- What jurisdictions are in progress on various laws? Who is involved, when are hearings being held, where are the drafts?
- Who is offering model legislation? Advocating for changes?
- What are the various definitions? How are they different? Are some better than others?
- Where are laws or regulations (or proposals) risking locking in various solutions?
- Who is doing more innovative work in different areas?
