FX only work for first slide #147

   Hey Jacob!

   Hmm, I think that's a bug in the slider fx.... I was just looking at it
   earlier today and I think I know what the problem is, but I don't want to
   push the update just yet because I'm working on tweeking stuff here and
   there. So, umm I think I'll just send you the fixed file.

   Everything else looks ok.

   second slide, but the inFX seem to run as soon as the slide is out of view.
