Ships bench 091 osmosis-rpc + registers Osmosis in the chain registry (first Cosmos SDK chain in the RPC latency cluster). Adds
Kind: "cosmos"to the rpc-capabilities harness with a Tendermintstatusprobe.Cache keys bumped v39/v42 (on top of main's mobula-drop v38/v41) to flush the aggregate for the new bench.
Post-merge follow-up: rebuild the materialize-worker on ocb-par-main so Prom picks up the new chain × 5-provider matrix.
