Cherry-pick of #693 (already merged on dev) to main.
Blocknative was acquired by Deloitte and their entire gas API was sunsetted, all endpoints return 404 fault filter abort, including the docs domain and the gas.network successor. The harness was producing 0% successRate against this provider. Dropping it from the spec lets the gas-estimation bench keep its 3 healthy providers (Owlracle, Etherscan, PublicNode).
Same diff as #693, no extra dev commits picked up.
