📝 Summary

Adds a Farm.js deployment guide using the Node.js runtime, in the same shape as the Hono guide.

Farm.js is a full-stack framework (typed file routing, server actions, streaming SSR) built on Vite and Nitro. farm build writes a self-contained Node.js server to .farm/.output, so on Clever Cloud it is a plain Node.js app:

  • CC_NODE_DEV_DEPENDENCIES=install, because farm build runs the Farm.js CLI, which is a dev dependency
  • CC_POST_BUILD_HOOK="npm run build"
  • the starter's start script runs node .farm/.output/server/index.mjs, which reads the injected PORT
  • create-app doesn't run git init, so the guide includes it before clever deploy

Also adds the card to the guides index (alphabetical, before Fluentd) and a farmjs icon in data/icons.yaml (the Farm.js mark as currentColor, the rows keep their tonal steps with fill-opacity). The "Learn more" card links to the Farm.js deployment docs.

🧪 Type of Change

  • ⚠️ Bug fix
  • 📅 Changelog update
  • 📚 Documentation update
  • ✨ New content/feature
  • 🔧 Technical/maintenance

✅ Validation

  • Read the contributing guidelines

  • Verify content accuracy and links

  • Run relevant checks and builds

  • Check the rendered result when the change affects layout or formatting

  • hugo (extended 0.164.0) builds without errors; checked the rendered guide, the code blocks, the "Learn more" cards and the new index card with the icon (dark theme)

  • markdownlint-cli2: 0 issues. vale: 0 errors (same application word-list warnings as the Hono and Nuxt guides)

  • ran the guide's steps locally against the published packages: npx @farm.js/create-app@latest myFarmApp, npm install with dev dependencies, npm run build, then PORT=8091 npm start serves the app (200). The built server also starts with node_modules removed

  • I haven't run clever deploy against a real Clever Cloud app
