Exit without closing the Powerhsell window

I am on windows and using PowerShell 7.6

I want to return to the Shell prompt without closing the window i.e. from where I launched typing freebuff

I have tried closing using /exit as well as Ctrl+C but in both cases it closed the entire PowerShell window.
