Adds Atelier to the mods registry.

Atelier turns the agent into a creative studio. You describe what you want, and it designs images, records voiceovers, and cuts videos and motion graphics on your machine. It checks each render with real measurements (blank or frozen frames, silences, loudness, image size) and shows the work in a live gallery.

• Install: cmd mods add -g aliarain/atelier
• Registers: 5 tools (atelier_engines, atelier_create, atelier_review, atelier_jobs, atelier_present), the /atelier command and pane, lifecycle hooks, the atelier-allow-paid flag, and a tool_row override for chat cards.
• Runs on: macOS with Chrome and ffmpeg. The optional fal-image engine is paid and asks before every run.

Checked:

• The new entry validates against registry.schema.json, and atelier is a new name.
• cmd mods add -g aliarain/atelier installs it on Command Code 1.88.2.
• The mod's test suite passes (394 tests), and a live cmd -p run made a poster through atelier_create.
