[Feedback]: Request for a brighter dark theme and custom themes #156

What problem are you trying to solve?

I want a dark theme that matches my desktop's dark mode. As of v0.1.60, Dark feels too dark: noticeably darker than Firefox, Chromium, GitHub, or claude.ai. I'd like another dark theme that's brighter than Dark. Shades of Purple Dark is the best in terms of brightness, but the purple is distracting.

Here is Dark vs. Shades of Purple Dark converted to grayscale for comparison.

What would improve it?

1. A dark theme that's more like Shades of Purple Dark in grayscale. I would be happy with a Monokai-type theme like the default, Atlantis, or Maia from Sonokai.
2. Making it easier to use a custom theme.

What do you do today?

I use the Dark theme begrudgingly. :-)
