Clean up addresses from config.json file #54

We can get all known contracts using only MARKET_MAKER and COLLATERAL_TOKEN addresses.This is how you can get the rest of them:

• BANCOR_FORMULA: marketMaker.formula()
• BONDING_CURVE_RESERVE: marketMaker.reserve()
• BONDED_TOKEN: marketMaker.token()
• TOKEN_MANAGER: marketMaker.tokenManager()
