What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds notes to the APM connection errors troubleshooting page to explain that starting with Agent 7.80.0, socket activation is enabled by default on Linux. This means
agent statusmay show the trace-agent as not running or unreachable even when APM is correctly configured, because the trace-agent only starts after receiving trace data.Merge instructions
