[BUG] Close Button Has Incorrect Dimensions; Glyph Is Off-Center #5637

Describe your issue

The close button is now visibly wider than the other caption buttons and the cross is off-center after the latest update.

This is left-over from PR #5590.

A follow-up PR may narrow the close button and move the glyph rightward on affected builds to compensate for the added margins, so that all three buttons look consistent.
