Remote-proof carrier only. The exact Pass 30 executable workspace was reconstructed from governed Pass 12 ancestry using hash-checked source and fixture carriers. Locked offline workspace tests passed on ubuntu-latest, macos-latest, and windows-latest; the resulting source-bound receipts converged and were downloaded for the Pass 30 release record. This PR is closed without merge because the proof carrier is evidence transport, not the current source authority.
