Improve the Russian translation of ASI01–ASI10 and the letter from the Agentic Top 10 leaders for OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications.

Changes improve clarity and readability, refine terminology, and replace Russian transliterations with context-appropriate wording. Reference titles retain the original English with Russian translations in square brackets.

Each section is updated in a separate commit.

Thank you @yura-leb and @nikiduku for the revision, more natural phrasing is very welcome.

A few points to make the review and merging straightforward:
1. Terminology. The ru-RU glossary (ru-RU/GLOSSARY.md, PR #20) was used across all sections and aligns with the existing translation of the LLM Top 10. Most of your text follows it, thank you. Two section titles differ:
ASI05: "Непредусмотренное выполнение кода (RCE)" vs glossary "Непредвиденное выполнение кода (RCE)"
ASI10: "Неуправляемые агенты" vs glossary "Агенты, вышедшие из-под контроля"
Could you keep the glossary titles? If you think a glossary term should change, let’s discuss it in a separate issue so the change is applied consistently across the whole document.

2. One file per PR. @sclintonowasp asked for one section per PR. Could you split this into separate PRs? I’ll review each one against the English source.

3. Review focus. I’ll accept stylistic improvements and comment only where meaning or technical precision shifts from the English.
