Do we just want to move the submodules instead of symlink? I think developer will be familiar with that pattern.

@averikitsch that also works, but I was under the assumption that we still prefer having them listed in the root level (happy to change the other way around) |

This PR introduces AGY CLI support for DAK. Starting with version 1.0.9, the AGY CLI allows installing plugins directly from GitHub repositories, including support for submodules.
The PR retains the submodules at top-level for better visibility, while having simlink in plugins/ folder to be compatible with AGY CLI's expected structure.
(We will transition to a marketplace-based approach if it becomes available in the AGY CLI.)
