Document remaining v1.0.0 breaking changes in README - #474

The "Breaking Changes in v1.0.0" section listed seven items. An audit of
v0.9.4..v1.0.0, including running the v0.9.4 integration suite against a
1.0.x server, turned up more client- and operator-visible changes. This
adds them and splits the section into REST API, storage and deployment,
and Python and packaging.
Corrections to existing entries:
- The query entry said GET /datasets/{id}/value?query=... was unchanged.
Its rows no longer start with the matching index, in JSON or binary.
- The duplicate-ID entry said the status went from 500 to 400. 0.x
servers never accepted a client-provided id: they ignored the key and
generated one. The real change is that the key is now honored.
- The New Features list called /about and /info new; both exist in 0.9.4.
- The removed-modules list was missing hsds.util.boolparser, and the
Lambda entry now mentions HsdsApp(islambda=) and --removesitepackages.
New entries: query syntax (no "where" clause), client chunk dims used
verbatim, filters rejected on contiguous layouts, "H5S_UNLIMITED" in
maxdims, POST id and link+h5path handling, getobjs served from the
background summary, updateACL required for PUT /acls, no downgrade or
mixed-version clusters, head-node readiness waiting on target node
counts, removed Kubernetes load-balancer manifests, log format changes,
and the setuptools 77 build requirement.
Regressions found in the same audit (filter specs from h5pyd rejected,
single-attribute PUT silently dropped, unbounded chunk sizes, and
others) are bugs to fix, not documented behavior, and are left out.
