Summary

  • Lands the green Dependabot bumps in one commit so Directory.Packages.props does not conflict across serial merges: JetBrains.Annotations 2026.2.0, ICSharpCode.Decompiler 11.1.0.9782, Google.Protobuf 3.36.2, FluentAssertions 8.11.0, Dapper 2.1.89, AWSSDK.DynamoDBv2 4.0.107.1.
  • gRPC twins move together: Grpc.AspNetCore, Grpc.Net.Client and Grpc.Tools are all 2.84.0. The server project gets the same private Grpc.Tools reference the client project already has.
  • Holds Bump AWSSDK.BedrockRuntime from 4.0.101.8 to 4.0.101.9 #728 (AWSSDK.BedrockRuntime). Its kernel-coverage check is still red.

Supersedes #729, #730, #731, #732, #733, #734, #735, #736 and #737.

Test plan

  • Required checks green: cert-gate, build-core, shell-lint, lychee, Readiness summary
  • gRPC transport gate green on both target frameworks

…sion

Grpc.AspNetCore, Grpc.Net.Client and Grpc.Tools move together to 2.84.0, with Google.Protobuf 3.36.2. The server project takes the same private Grpc.Tools reference the client already has. Bedrock stays put; its bump is still red on kernel-coverage.
