ITK.Linux Azure pipeline has not run since 2026-08-04 #6980
@dzenanz The ITK.Linux Azure pipeline has not run since 2026-08-04: its organization, dev.azure.com/itkrobotlinux, now returns 404. Was that a mistake or on purpose? If on purpose, we need another job for the coverage it carried, which no other CI job has:
legacy code removed (ITK_LEGACY_REMOVE=ON);
C++20;
shared libraries on Linux;
building the Examples.
What I found
The last ITK.Linux status on main is a success on cb6bd1ac49f (2026-08-04). Every later main commit and every PR lacks it.
dev.azure.com/itkrobotlinux and dev.azure.com/itkrobotwindows return 404, including the README's status badge for ITK.Linux. itkrobotlinuxpython and itkrobotmacos still respond, and ITK.macOS still runs for release-5.4.
No issue, PR, or Discourse topic mentions retiring it.

If the organization cannot come back, the ITK.Linux settings could move to a GitHub Actions job, for example a new arm.yml matrix entry or a Pixi task. Related: #6967 adds -z defs to ITK.Linux and has no effect until this is resolved, and #6968 needs correcting.
Matt set this up initially. I have access to passwords. But trying to log in with emails for either itkrobot.linux.python or itkrobot.linux, I get: We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account.
I will share more information with you over email.
