Bryant's review of the poll-mode stack and CodeRabbit found peering docs that had drifted from what the code does: - cross-device: availability is measured only for a peer that polls this server, and a direct send to a server that is off fails after a few quick retries rather than being lost. - The peering runbook names who gets which notice when a removal cancels a message: "may not have been delivered" for one the peer may hold, the Exchange's drop notice for an ask or a message on a dropped Exchange, and nothing more for a sender already told of a refusal. - agent-tools: the sender is told, not the message. - A renamed server's name reaches the other one when either polls the other or reads its address book, in the user guide and the runbook. - docs/README.md links the peering guide beside the other J5 user guides, recorded under FORK.md case 48. AC13's wording about revoked sessions is left for #486's 2b.2, which decides how peer sessions are revoked. Closes #487 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Problem
Several J5 peering docs had drifted from what the code does, as Bryant's review of the poll-mode stack (#400, #407, #408) and CodeRabbit found. Closes #487, part of #399.
What changed
Docs only. Each claim was checked against the code.
docs/j5/product/cross-device.md:availabilityOfreturns null.docs/j5/runbooks/peering.md: whenpeer removecancels messages, it names who gets which notice:docs/j5/product/a2a/agent-tools.md: "the sender is told", not "the message is told".docs/README.md: links the peering guide next to the other J5 user guides.Left out, as ruled: AC13's wording about revoked sessions. #486's 2b.2 decides how peer sessions are revoked, so that wording changes with it.
