ColiCoords: A Python package for the analysis of bacterial fluorescence microscopy data

In this repository all python code can be found to generate the figures used in the ColiCoords paper.

ColiCoords source code can be found on GitHub. All figures are generated using Python version 3.6.5 and ColiCoords dev-312a2a5
