• keep queued prompts in the composer-adjacent lane while bounding it to the pane height
• add internal scrolling and a collapsible queue header so pending prompts cannot crowd out the composer
• render cheap two-line previews with narrow-pane overflow protection

• preserve the compact task-notification treatment without exposing raw provider XML
