Closes #22, closes #12.

  • Adds an Elixir entry to the languages list (icon sourced from simple-icons, CC0).
  • Renames the "Software" skills section title to "OS & IDE's", matching your own suggestion in [Question] Section change #12 — the section only ever listed operating systems and IDEs (Linux, Windows, VSCode).

Test plan

  • npm run build compiles cleanly (pre-existing, unrelated @types/node/TS AbortSignal type conflict aside — present on master too, not introduced here)
  • Verified the compiled output contains the Elixir entry and the updated section title

Closes Jurredr#22, closes Jurredr#12.

- Adds an Elixir entry to the languages list (icon sourced from
  simple-icons, CC0).
- Renames the "Software" skills section title to "OS & IDE's", matching
the maintainer's own suggestion in Jurredr#12 (the section only ever listed
operating systems and IDEs, e.g. Linux, Windows, VSCode).
