About

I've been a data engineer since 2021 and I'm currently a Senior Data Engineer at Scoro, working on the data platform end to end — ingestion, warehousing, transformation with dbt, orchestration, and the BI layer on top. My bachelor's thesis at the University of Tartu was a privacy-preserving image anonymisation tool.

Away from pipelines I run a homelab and self-host most of the things I use (this blog included), follow Formula 1 a little too closely, and have a soft spot for drum & bass.

smart_privacy Bachelor's thesis — a face-replacement tool for privacy-preserving image anonymisation.
old-man-yells-at-starter-pack A pack of custom "Old Man Yells At ___" emoji. Surprisingly popular.
