Build docker image based on almalinux 10 #1072

Is your feature request related to a problem or specific use case? Please describe.
Current images are almalinux 9 based.
For host pcscd/libpcsc integration on recent Ubuntu/Debian hosts, the image libc is too old (2.34), libpcsc1 need >=2.38
Describe the solution you'd like
Is there any plan to switch to almalinux 10 in the near future ?
Describe alternatives you've considered
For now I downgraded libpcsc1 on the Ubuntu host.

What is the use case for libpcsc?
The base image may change to something different, something slimmer is likely. There will be a new release next week, you can check in then.

I use OpenSC (opensc-pkcs11) not sc-hsm-embedded, but the pcsc low level part remain the same.
Will check.
